Hefei International Land Port Development Co., Ltd is a state-owned port operation company approved by the CPC Hefei Municipal Committee and Hefei Municipal People’s Government.

In accordance with the decision and the guiding principle of the Party committee and government of the city, Hefei International Land Port Development Co., Ltd is a reorganized company on the basis of the original China-Europe block train operation platform in Hefei, and should be operated in an integrated model featuring sea, land and air transportation at a higher starting point with a higher standard of management.

The main business scope of the company is as follows: 1) arrangement of goods for freight operation of the international block train; 2) construction in the planned area and management of the operation of Hefei International Land Port; 3) fulfillment of the application for the opening of the port to foreign countries, function expansion of the port of entry, business and inbound investment promotion, trade and commerce enlargement, participation in international business and supply chain management and service.

The company currently runs a round-trip central Europe block train transportation from Hefeibei Railway Station to Hamburg, Duisburg and Helsinki (the running time is less than 18 days), a round-trip central Asia block train transportation from Hefeibei Railway Station to Almaty, Tashkent and Dostyk, a sea-rail combined block train transportation from Hefeibei Railway Station to the Port of Ningbo. Meanwhile, the company also provides customized trains, which can fit customers’ real needs. Many well-known enterprises, such as Chery Automobile, JAC Motors and Media, have been cooperated with the company in this field.
