Anhui cross-border 9610 e-commerce business was launched by Hefei China-Europe freight train for the first time

On April 25th, a small parcel truck loaded with cross-border e-commerce made locally in Hefei was successfully cleared and released from Luzhou Customs Mail Exchange Bureau in 9610 business mode. It marks the official launch of Anhui cross-border e-commerce 9610 business model after nearly five months of running-in experiments.

The full name of "9610" is "cross-border trade e-commerce", referred to as "e-commerce", which is commonly known as "goods collection mode", which is what we often call B2C export. 9610 customs declaration is aimed at small volume, which is commonly known as collection mode, such as international express delivery. The cross-border enterprises will push the data to the tax and foreign exchange management departments to realize tax refund by adopting the method of "checking and releasing the list and reporting in summary".

This batch of small cross-border e-commerce parcels mainly focus on locally manufactured articles for daily use and garden facilities, and will take the China-Europe train from Hefei to Helsinki, and then transfer to the British e-commerce distribution warehouse by ferry in the international "rail-sea combined transport" mode. The opening of the 9610 business model has solved the problems of difficult international logistics transportation and tight capacity of local cross-border e-commerce enterprises, effectively reduced the customs clearance costs of enterprises, and improved the customs clearance timeliness. It will better help local enterprises to stabilize foreign trade orders, expand international markets, cross trade barriers, and reach buyers and individual consumers directly, so that more local enterprises can take advantage of cross-border e-commerce transformation breakthroughs and share cross-border e-commerce development dividends hand in hand.

It is reported that since the construction of Hefei Area in Anhui Pilot Free Trade Zone was approved, Hefei land port has taken the initiative to come to the Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Luzhou Customs, Anhui Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park, China Shushan Cross-border E-commerce Demonstration Zone and other units for in-depth exchange and discussion on the 9610 business export model, laying a solid foundation for the development of the new business model. 

In the next step, Hefei land port will seize the new opportunity of free trade zone construction, innovate the business model of "cross-border+cross-border e-commerce package between China and Europe", vigorously expand overseas warehouse business, better serve local cross-border e-commerce enterprises, and make greater contributions to building "five highlands and one demonstration".
