Hefei Central European train arrived in Port William, Germany for the first time

At 12 o'clock local time on July 13, Germany, Hefei CEIBS successfully arrived at William Harbor Railway Station. This train is the first Central European train to Port William, Lower Saskatchewan. Du Xiaohui, Consul General of China in Hamburg, Weier, Governor of Lower Saskatchewan, feaster, Mayor of Port William, and Bulwinkle, President of Port William Marketing Group attended the car picking ceremony and delivered speeches. Representatives from the political, economic and media circles, such as Federal Congressman Mueller, State Secretary of the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Lower Saskatchewan, and so on, attended the ceremony to congratulate them.

Du Xiaohui said that there were over 40,000 trains in China and Europe in the past ten years, and they played the role of "life channel" and "destiny hub" during the epidemic. During the epidemic, "the belt and road initiative" went against the wind, which once again verified the vitality of the principle of co-construction, co-construction and sharing,"the belt and road initiative" became a popular international public product, and 140 countries and 32 international organizations joined the "the belt and road initiative" family. The train arrived today represents not only the opportunity of William Harbor, but also the opportunity of China-Europe trains and "the belt and road initiative", as well as the opportunity of cooperation between Anhui and Lower Saxony.

Wei Er said that although the geographical distance between William Harbor and Hefei, and between Lower Saskatchewan and Anhui is far away, the two sides continue to deepen cooperation in various fields such as economy and trade, thus narrowing the distance between the two countries. China is the most important trading partner of Lower Saskatchewan, and Volkswagen's most important electric vehicle base is located in Hefei, Anhui Province. The China-Europe train arrived today is an important example of the further development of bilateral relations,I hope more China-Europe trains will connect Hefei and William Harbor in the future.

The arrival of this train marks the extension of Hefei's Sino-European train map to the northwest of Germany, and establishes the relationship between Lower Saskatchewan and Anhui's friendly provinces and States. In the next step, Hefei land port will stabilize the normal operation of the "Hefei North-William Port" train line, take the China-Europe train as the carrier, continuously open up new markets, create new jobs, provide new opportunities, deepen exchanges and cooperation in economic and trade fields between the two sides, and implement the "the belt and road initiative" initiative with practical actions.

According to reports, the first special train from Hefei, Anhui Province to William Port in Lower Saxony was shipped from Hefei to William Port in Germany via Alashankou Port, with a total shipment of 100 TEUs and a value of nearly 10 million US dollars. The main goods include electric scooters, rare earth permanent magnets, drawer handles, marine internal combustion engine accessories and lighting fixtures. Among them, Anhui local goods have 66 TEUs, mainly including white goods, mechanical parts and auto parts.
