The return train runs four times in 24 hours! Hefei Central Europe Train Hard Core Acceleration

At 01: 52 on August 20, Beijing time, a China-Europe return train loaded with low density polyethylene, linear low density polyethylene and other goods was sent from Neuss, Germany to Hefei North Station Logistics Base via Alashankou Port, which marked the acceleration of the hard core of Hefei China-Europe train and "four consecutive trains" within 24 hours.

This is the 50th China-Europe return train in Hefei this year, and the fourth return train to be shipped within 24 hours. Previously, the three consecutive trains were all Central Asia return trains on the Tashkent-Horgos-Hefei North Line, carrying cotton yarn with a cargo weight of over 1,000 tons in 100 standard boxes. Up to now in 2021, Hefei China-Europe train has sent a total of 375 standard trains, including 50 trains for China-Europe return journey and 25 trains for Central Asia return journey.

Since the beginning of the year, Hefei's China-Europe trains have been making great efforts. Despite the tight railway plan and severe epidemic prevention and control, they still achieved contrarian growth, and the number of trains opened in the first half of the year exceeded 300. However, due to the partial shutdown of the supply chain caused by the European epidemic and other factors, there is a certain gap between the number of departure and return trips of the China-Europe trains in Hefei. Facing the imbalance between China and Europe, Hefei land port actively explored overseas return sources, and explored more economical modes of transportation by strengthening cooperation with shipping companies, thus forming a circulation of containers between Asia and Europe.

In the next step, Hefei land port will continue to promote the normal operation of return trains, better match the return trains, reduce the collection time and transportation cost, form an international trade channel for Asian and European countries, create new advantages in international cooperation and competition, and continuously contribute to the high-quality development of China-Europe trains.
