At 8:30 on September 26th, Beijing time, a Hefei Central Europe train full of Anhui local goods started slowly from Hefei North Station and will be shipped to Neuss, Germany via Horgos Port. This is not a case. In the past few days, Hefei Central Europe Train made three consecutive trips to Central Europe, and all the trains carried Anhui goods. Since its operation, Hefei CEIBS has always adhered to high-quality development, while adhering to the development idea of "based on Hefei, serving Anhui and radiating the Yangtze River Delta", constantly innovating its business model, and boosting the "Anhui Goods and Transportation".

On the morning of September 25th, the 12th Congress of Hefei City, the Communist Party of China(CPC) opened at the Municipal Affairs Center. It was pointed out that in the past five years, Hefei has accelerated its integration into the new development pattern, from "inland hinterland" to "new highland of reform and opening up". Behind this, there is no lack of help from Hefei China-Europe train to promote the new development of international logistics channels and participate in the construction of a new pattern of inland open economy. In the past five years, Hefei CEIBS has seized the development opportunity, innovated the system and mechanism, and made a sweeping progress, running out of a broad road with unique charm in the belt and road initiative.


From "Start-up Platform" to "Mature Organization"


Hefei Central Europe Train started in the new station area in 2014, and Hefei went to Kazakhstan Central Asia Train for the first time. Reorganized in 2017, Hefei International Inland Port Development Co., Ltd. was established with the approval of Hefei Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government. Based on Hefei's original China-Europe train operation platform, it was reorganized in the mode of "new starting point and high standard" and operated in accordance with the three-dimensional mode of sea, land and air intermodal transportation.

After several years of development, the organizational structure of Hefei land port is perfect at present, and the business scope of Hefei Central Europe Train is not limited to organizing international trains. It also undertakes the construction and operation of Hefei International Inland Port Planning Area, the declaration of opening up of national ports and the expansion of port functions, international trade and supply chain management services, etc. In addition to the regular round-trip trains between Central Europe and Central Asia and rail-sea intermodal trains, Hefei land port will tailor-made "customized trains" service according to the characteristics and needs of enterprises, closely connect with foreign trade enterprises in Anhui Province and even the Yangtze River Delta region, provide accurate services and form a good reputation.


From "Frequent Unlocking" to "Normal Operation"


At 17:08 on January 6, 2018, the train flute sounded long and faced with unexpected heavy snow. With the support and cooperation of all parties, careful organization and emergency treatment, the first China-Europe train was loaded with 50 40-foot containers and sent to Hamburg, Germany along the Silk Road Economic Belt, marking the official opening of Hefei International Inland Port.

Since then, Hefei CEIBS has continuously encrypted the frequency and unlocked new countries and new sites one after another. The Central Asia-Jianghuai special train will be launched, the first Hefei-China-Europe return train will arrive at the station, and Hefei North-Germany William Port will be launched nationwide ... The Hefei-China-Europe train will gradually increase the frequency of sending trains every week, gradually adjust the original disorderly organization return train into a fixed train, and support the expansion of railway-sea combined transport. At present, Hefei Central Europe trains carry out five international fixed trains, namely, fixed point, fixed line, fixed train number, fixed time and fixed price. The time in transit is stable and controllable, ensuring the safe and stable operation of trains all year round. Up to now, Hefei has accumulated over 1,800 trains between China and Europe, and the sea-rail combined transport has sent over 120,000 TEUs, achieving an import and export trade volume of over RMB 46 billion and a total cargo weight of over 1.5 million tons.


From "Doing Business Sitting on the Ground" to "Traveling All over Huizhou"


At the beginning of the establishment of Hefei land port, it played the role of helping Hefei's logistics industry to transform and develop, promoting industrial transformation and upgrading, serving Hefei's business of attracting investment, opening to the outside world, cultural exchange, etc., and accelerating Hefei to become an important hub node for multimodal transport in the belt and road initiative, and committed itself to making Hefei an important inland open new highland in China that is open and open to the international community.

With the promotion of the thought of "a chess game" in the whole province, Hefei land port innovated the marketing mode of "changing business from business to business", adhered to the overall orientation of "based on Hefei, serving Anhui and radiating the Yangtze River Delta", and successively opened inter-city directional trains such as Hefei Central Europe Train, "+Fuyang",+Wuhu ",+Xuancheng" and+Huangshan ",and the service scope has covered 16 cities in the whole province. Optimize the whole process of "station-to-station" and "door-to-door", nanny-style and customized services, and run more than 200 customized special trains for enterprises such as "Jianghuai", "Chery", "Midea", "Meiling" and "Kangning". The localization rate of Anhui enterprises is over 60%, which effectively serves local enterprises to go global.


From "International Logistics" to "Whole Line Extension"


Hefei China-Europe train has continuously strengthened its coverage of the EU market, Central and Western Asia and Siberia, and realized the complete connection of five major ports, namely Erlianhaote and Alashankou, and built an international logistics channel with multiple routes, multiple ports, strong linkage and high coverage. Up to now, point-to-point direct access to Germany, Russia and France and other 14 countries and 52 international node cities has basically achieved full coverage of Europe.

Facing the new opportunity of Anhui Free Trade Zone construction, Hefei land port Project has been put into construction, and is developing towards the "four in one" of customs+port+international trade+dry port logistics hub. Focus on freight forwarding, international trade, logistics and warehousing, supply chain finance and other business sectors, and strengthen the extension of the whole ecological industrial chain. In particular, Shushan Cross-border E-commerce 9610, Cross-border E-commerce B2B and Hefei China-Europe Banlie have been perfectly combined. In June and July this year, special export trains have been opened to William Harbor, Germany, which has played an important role for Hefei Cross-border E-commerce enterprises in epidemic prevention and control, resuming work and resuming production, and stabilizing the supply chain of overseas industries.


The walker is far away, and the road to struggle is long. Since the 11th Party Congress was held, Hefei China-Europe train grew up, connected Europe and Asia, and walked out of a characteristic road of high-quality development.
