"Concentrate on overcoming difficulties" No.3 and No.4 building structures in the first phase of land port project are capped!

On December 31st, 2021, coincided with the New Year's Eve, the No.3 LCL warehouse and No.4 customs inspection warehouse in the first phase of Hefei land port project ushered in a smooth capping, which was another staged victory after Yu Aihua, member of the Standing Committee of the provincial party committee and secretary of the municipal party committee, announced that "Hefei land port project officially started construction", and it was also an important promotion for the smooth implementation of customs supervision sites in the first half of 2022. Hefei land port and relevant leaders of all participating units attended the ceremony.

Liu Jun, director and general manager of Hefei land port, presented a letter of commendation to China Construction Eighth Bureau, the general contractor of the construction company, at the ceremony site. He sincerely thanked China Construction Eighth Bureau for its ability to overcome difficulties, forge ahead, seize the construction period, and promote the project construction, and take the lead in successfully capping the 3# and 4# building structures with good quality and quantity. At the same time, he also hoped that China Construction Eighth Bureau could continue to carry forward the iron army spirit and fine style of "forbidding orders, ensuring the success before the Spring Festival"

Hefei land port project is an important measure based on the national "the belt and road initiative", seizing the national strategic opportunity of the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta, constructing the development pattern of "one core, one place, one center" in Luyang District, and creating a new highland of Anhui inland opening. The first phase of the project covers an area of 149.13 mu, and it is planned to build a comprehensive building, an unpacking area, a material warehouse and a customs inspection area, etc. The total construction area is about 52,000 square meters, including 29,000 square meters of comprehensive building, 11,500 square meters of basement, 11,900 square meters of 2# material warehouse, 3# unpacking warehouse and 4# customs supervision warehouse, and 30,000 square meters of container yard.

After the event, General Manager Liu Jun and his party and relevant personnel of China Construction Eighth Bureau inspected the safety operation of the project site and put forward some suggestions on some operation details.
