With a long whistle, at 9: 00 a.m. on December 31st, a special train from China to Europe loaded with 100 TEUs of Anhui native goods departed from Hefei North Railway Station. This train will leave the country through Horgos port and sail to Port William, Germany, marking the successful conclusion of Hefei-China Europe train in 2021 with 668 trains, a net increase of 100 trains compared with last year's whole-year shipment, reaching a new level.
As an important starting point to implement the "the belt and road initiative" initiative in Anhui Province, Hefei Central Europe Train has maintained a rapid development momentum since its launch in 2014. At the end of 2017, the municipal party committee and government reorganized Banlie Platform Company and established Hefei International Inland Port Development Co., Ltd. to accelerate the coordinated operation and market-oriented operation capability of Hefei Central Europe Banlie Operation Platform. Strong train scale expansion line network
Hefei-China-Europe trains implement five international scheduled trains, that is, fixed point, fixed route, scheduled train number, timing and pricing, and the transit time is stable and controllable. The scale of operation has increased from less than 200 trains in the original three years to 668 trains in 2021, and the frequency of operation has increased from 1~2 trains per month to 12~15 trains per week now. The service range has increased from 5% and 10% localization rate in Hefei and Anhui to 30% and 65% now, realizing the transformation from "quantity accumulation" to "qualitative leap". Over the years, the cumulative shipment of trains in Hefei between China and Europe has exceeded 2,000 trains, and the sea-rail combined transport has delivered over 130,000 TEUs, realizing the import and export trade volume of nearly 10 billion US dollars.
In recent years, Hefei-China-Europe train has continuously strengthened its coverage of the EU market, Central Asia, West Asia and Siberia, realized the full-line connection of five major ports, such as Erenhot and Alashankou, and built a multi-line, multi-port, strong linkage and high coverage international logistics channel. By the end of 2021, it has reached 15 countries including Germany, Russia and France, and 61 international sites including Hamburg and Helsinki, basically achieving full coverage of Europe. Especially since the beginning of this year, two new public trains with normal operation have been added, namely Hefei via Erenhot to Helsinki, Finland, and Hefei via Manzhouli to Vorsino, Russia. Five countries including Kiev, Ukraine and Prague, Czech Republic, and 26 international sites were added.
On the afternoon of December 30th, a "China-Laos Railway (Hefei-Vientiane) international freight train" loaded with Anhui local goods whistled from Hefei North Station, leaving the country through Mohan Port in Yunnan, and finally reaching Vientiane, Laos. This is the first international freight train in Anhui after the China-Laos railway runs through, and it is also a fast channel for Anhui goods to be exported to Southeast Asia. The year 2021 will mark the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Laos. The opening of the "China-Laos Railway (Hefei-Vientiane) International Freight Train" is a powerful measure for Hefei land port to seize the policy opportunity of RCEP Agreement, and it is also an important symbol that the operation network has extended to Southeast Asia for the first time.
Improve the service quality and ensure the transportation of goods in Anhui Province
With the promotion of the idea of "one game of chess" in the whole province, land port, Hefei, has innovated the marketing model of "sitting in business and becoming a businessman", adhered to the overall orientation of "based on Hefei, serving Anhui and radiating the Yangtze River Delta", and successively opened inter-city directional trains such as "+Fuyang", "+Wuhu",+Xuancheng "and+Huangshan", etc., which have covered 16 cities in the province. Since 2021, affected by the sharp increase of sea freight, foreign trade import and export enterprises in various cities in Anhui have been impacted to varying degrees. "One box is hard to find", "one cabin is hard to find" and "high freight rate" have become the pain points of most enterprises, which has aroused widespread concern of governments at all levels. Since the approval of the provincial multimodal transport demonstration project, Hefei land port has actively promoted the related construction work. Focusing on strengthening the synergy between railway and rail-sea, it has innovated the modes of "China-Europe trains" and "China-Europe trains", "Hefei-Zhoushan Port, Shanghai Luchao Port" railway-sea trains "and" China-Europe trains ",customized high-quality trains with industrial linkage, integrated services of transportation and trade, etc.

We will build an open thoroughfare between Hefei and Ningbo and Shanghai, speed up the construction of the comprehensive logistics transportation system of "road+rail+sea" multimodal transport, and actively cooperate with Ningbo Beilun Port and Shanghai Luchao Port to ensure the unimpeded railway-sea intermodal trains of "Hefei-Ningbo Beilun" and "Hefei-Shanghai Luchao".
Shaping the brand image and expanding the business sector
Quality is the cornerstone of sustainable development of trains. In order to create a good brand image, this year, under the background of extremely tight railway plan, Hefei-China-Europe trains always adhere to full-axle, full-load and full-load operation. High-value goods have become the brand image of Hefei-China Europe trains. By the end of 2021, there were 23 trains with single-column goods worth over US$ 10 million and 150 trains with over US$ 5 million.
Facing the new opportunities of Anhui Free Trade Zone construction, Hefei land port Project has been put into construction, developing towards the "four in one" of customs+port+international trade+land port logistics hub. Focusing on freight forwarding, international trade, logistics and warehousing, supply chain finance and other business sectors, strengthen the extension of the whole ecological industrial chain. In particular, Shushan cross-border e-commerce 9610, cross-border e-commerce B2B and Hefei-China-Europe train have been perfectly combined. In June and July of 2021, export trains have been opened to Port William, Germany, which has played an important role for cross-border e-commerce enterprises in Hefei in epidemic prevention and control, resumption of production and stabilization of overseas industrial supply chain.

After the completion of Hefei land port project, additional services such as trade, warehousing, customs declaration, container leasing, local short barge and so on can be carried out, so as to realize the function of self-hematopoiesis, form an efficient support for the collection and distribution of China-Europe trains, and help Hefei China-Europe trains to increase the shipping frequency by 10%.
