Novel point-to-point route between Hefei North Railway Station and Tashkent has been established

At 22:30 on January 27, 2019, a train full of elevators, forklifts, industrial centrifugal pumps and mechanical transport belt accessories of Hefei China Railway Express block train started from the Hefei North Railway Station and was sent to Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan through the port of Hoergos.This route developed by Hefei International Land Port Development Co.,ltd. is a new point-to-point block train bound for Central Asia.The train carried 104 TEU of 989 tons of goods which is worth $2.838 million and includes14 TEU of Anhui local goods which contains  forklifts, steel tape lifts, electric forklifts and loaders

The Hefei - Tashkent railway line is the second central Asia point-to-point railway line created by Hefei International Land Port Co.,ltd. for anhui local international logistics market after the "hefei - almaty" point-to-point train.The route went through horgos port to avoid the congestion in Alataw Pass where load-changing time would be 2 days longer and the time spent for the whole journey is 12 days.The dispatching of this train provides an effective support for our province to build a new highland of opening up to the outside world, an international logistics channel and a new pattern of all-round opening up.
