On the afternoon of December 17th, the Hefei China-Europe high-quality development forum was held in Hefei, sponsored by Hefei Institute of Regional Economy and Urban Development of Anhui University and co-sponsored by Hefei International Inland Port Development Co., Ltd. and Beijing Yuanyuan Management Consulting Co., Ltd. The theme of this forum is "Integrating into the new development pattern and expanding all-round opening to the outside world", which aims to explore the development situation of China-Europe trains, clarify ideas for the sustainable development of China-Europe trains in Hefei and promote the construction of China-Europe train assembly center in Hefei.

Jun Yan, Deputy Secretary-General of Hefei Municipal Government and Director of Policy Research Office, pointed out in his concluding remarks that Hefei's China-Europe train is facing a historic development opportunity, and the Yangtze River Delta integration, the Yangtze River Economic Belt, the "the belt and road initiative" and the strategy of the rise of central China all converge in Hefei, a national comprehensive transportation hub city, which has created the basic conditions for Hefei's China-Europe train to open the market. At the same time, Hefei is building an innovative, industrial and open ecosystem, which provides a huge future development space for the newly approved first dry port national logistics hub in the Yangtze River Delta region and the Hefei-China-Europe trains that have already exceeded 600 trains this year. Hefei should, according to the development requirements of Zheng Shanjie, secretary of the provincial party committee, "improve quality, expand quantity and increase efficiency", improve the service quality of the trains in China and Europe, build high-quality brands, accurately improve the coverage in Europe, expand the scale of operation, stably maintain the key indicators of operation such as full axle and full load, and continuously improve the core freight volume.
