Accompanied by a long whistle, at 9:50 a.m. on April 19, a Sino-European train loaded with goods slowly departed from the logistics base of Hefei North Station and will arrive at Vorotensk, Russia via Alashankou Port.

Chen Feng, deputy general manager of Hefei International Inland Port Development Co., Ltd. said, "This is a customized train for enterprises, loaded with 100 TEU, with a total cargo value close to 15 million RMB, which is expected to arrive from Hefei to Vorotensk, around Russia, in about 15 days. The customization of China-European trains in Hefei is a feature, and by the end of April this year, the customized trains can reach 50% of the departing trains."

According to the data, in the past 2021, the total number of China-Europe trains in Hefei was 668, an increase of 17.69% year-on-year, and the total number of trains shipped in the past 8 years exceeded 2,200, and more than 150,000 TEUs were sent by sea-rail transport. The percentage of the trains with cargo value over USD 5 million is more than 30%.

In recent years, Hefei China-European Liner, while continuously developing new business and adding new lines, adheres to the overall positioning of "based on Hefei, serving Anhui and radiating the Yangtze River Delta", the China-European Liner is scientifically adaptive and proactive in seeking changes, and has opened nearly 300 customized trains for enterprises such as "Jianghuai", "Midea" and "Meiling", and has opened inter-city directional trains such as Hefei China-European Liner "+Fuyang", "+Wuhu" and "+Huangshan", which have achieved full coverage of 16 cities in the province and helped transform and upgrade the province's "channel economy" to "industrial economy".
