Hand in hand, Hefei International Dry Port and Lianyungang Port signed a strategic cooperation agreement

On May 31, the fourth joint meeting of state-owned enterprises in Yangtze River Delta region was held in Yancheng, Jiangsu. At the meeting, Hefei International Land Port and Jiangsu Lianyungang Port Logistics Holding Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly promote the development of "Hefei-Lianyungang" sea-rail intermodal transport channel. Hefei Industrial Investment Group party committee member, deputy general manager, Hefei Logistics Group party secretary, chairman of the board, Hefei International Dry Port chairman Zhang Haoqi attended the meeting and signed the agreement.

The integrated development of Yangtze River Delta is a major national strategy personally planned, deployed and promoted by General Secretary Xi Jinping. Hefei International Dry Port and Jiangsu Lianyungang Port have already had a deep foundation of communication and exchange. Through the signing of this strategic cooperation agreement, the two sides will take advantage of the rich application scenarios and trial environment of state-owned enterprises, broaden the multimodal transport corridor, help the construction of modern comprehensive transportation systems in Hefei and Lianyungang, promote logistics cost reduction and efficiency increase, and contribute to the integrated high-quality development of the Yangtze River Delta.
