Open Cooperation! China-Europa Liner International Cooperation Forum Successfully Held, Hefei International Dry Port Participated and Signed a Contract

On September 15, China-EU Liner International Cooperation Forum was successfully held in Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province, with the theme of "Deepening Interconnection and Promoting Win-Win Cooperation".

President Xi Jinping sent a congratulatory letter to the China-European Union (CEU) liner international cooperation forum, Xi Jinping pointed out that since the start of the CEU liner, it has maintained a safe, stable and smooth operation, created a new pattern of international transportation between Asia and Europe, set up a new platform for economic and trade cooperation along the routes, and strongly guaranteed the stability of the international industrial chain supply chain, and injected a new impetus for the development of the world economy.

Mr. Ding Xuexiang, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, put forward the requirements of building a system of high-efficiency transportation, safety governance, diversified channels and innovative development for the China-Europe liner at the opening ceremony of the Forum, which pointed out the direction for the development of the Belt and Road and the China-Europe liner.

Liu Jun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Hefei Logistics Group, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Hefei International Dry Port, and other members of the delegation attended the forum. During the meeting, in order to promote the development of regional economic integration, increase trade and investment, promote the overall prosperity and development of countries and regions, and improve the well-being of the people along the Trans-Caspian Sea corridor, Hefei International Dry Port and other China-European liner platforms and Trans-Caspian Sea international transport enterprises (representatives) signed the "Agreement on the Alliance of Cooperation between Major Domestic Platform Enterprises and Representatives of Enterprises of Countries Along the Trans-Caspian Sea," which is aimed at establishing close cooperation, promoting import, export The purpose of the Agreement is to establish close cooperation, promote import, export and transit transport, and realize further integration of the New Asia-Europe Continental Bridge (NEECB) and the Trans-Caspian Sea international transport corridor.

The China-Europe liner is a landmark product of the Belt and Road Initiative. Since the commencement of China-European liner (Hefei), it has always adhered to the road of high-quality development, actively integrated into the "One Belt, One Road", continuously expanded the scope of radiation, broadened the transportation channel, assisted enterprises to go out of the country, and injected vitality into the development of the open economy. Up to now, the China-Europa liner (Hefei) has accumulated more than 3,500 columns, reaching 18 countries and 122 international station cities, and has built a large international trade channel with two-way connectivity. Since the beginning of this year, the China-Europe liner (Hefei) has maintained a stable operation trend, with a total of 684 columns in January-August, a year-on-year growth of 23.02%, and the addition of 32 new stations.

Hefei International Dry Port will earnestly study and implement the spirit of President Xi Jinping's important congratulatory letter, adhering to the mission of development, fulfilling the role of state-owned enterprises, high-quality development of the China-Europe liner (Hefei), and grasping and stabilizing international logistics and transportation business, so as to contribute to the construction of "One Belt, One Road".

The forum was co-sponsored by National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Transportation, General Administration of Customs, China Railway Group and People's Governments of Jiangsu Province, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Heilongjiang Province, Henan Province, Chongqing Municipality, Sichuan Province, Shaanxi Province and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, and hosted by People's Government of Jiangsu Province, with the support from the Ministry of Commerce and CCPIT, and the attendance of more than 500 delegates from 29 countries and regions, which resulted in 48 cooperation outcomes. Forum formed 48 cooperation results.
